Hello,
I recently boguth an Acer Aspire One D150. The preinstalled OS was XP, as it was a special offer and no way to get it with Linpus. Anyway, I am planning to install Ubuntu Netbook Remix, or perhaps linux4one.
Anyway, my question is rather a Windows question: After starting the Acer, I was soon prompted to use eRecovery to backup my system on a CD/DVD. Unfortunately, I do not have a USB CD/DVD drive, and I would prefer to e.g. have an ISO created from eRecovery, then pull it onto an mobile USB device, and finally burn it on another computer. Is that possible somehow? Or is there a better way if one doesn't have a mobile CD/DVD drive?
Thanks in advance!
