I am planing to build a dedicated Ubuntu desktop computer. Please help me in finding a good all on-board motherboard of ATX type, which works without problems with latest version of Ubuntu.

Thanks in advance.

In my experience it's vary rarely the Mobos that Ubuntu has issues with.

Perhaps try this compatibility guide as a starting point :-
