Hi.

After upgrading to the latest version of Ubuntu the trackpad and mouse buttons on my Advent4213 (apparently a rebadged MSI Wind) do not work. I am clueless as to how to continue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)

Hi Pete...

Toggling Fn + F3 does not work?

What type touchpad do you have? And, before upgrading, did you have to install any drivers for it?

Fn + F3 on this turns wirelss on and off supposedly, however Fn + F9 does do the trick.

Thanks for the inspiration :D

Am glad you have that working :) I have a wind u100 and I thought OEM's always had the same combo keys... sorry... oh well, still am glad you got that working.

Hey Pete, would you like to mark your thread "solved"? Go to your first post > edit > advanced > type SOLVED in front of your thread title > save. The next (possible) wind/advent owner with the same issue might find it useful when he searches for solutions :)
