ubuntu forums: database error

on occasion i get a database error when trying to connect, but lately it's been slow to connect if at all, although the rest of my faves on the internets work fine.

anybody else seeing this or is my F5 broken?

I haven't had the database error in a while: although I've had that be a problem in the past. For me, none of the forums have been updating with new posts for the past half an hour or so. Seems to be OK now, though. That said, my internet connection is slow and lame anyway, so every site loads like treacle for me.
