I have a Nvidia 8500 Video card, and two different computers. One is a AMD 4000, with 4 GB ram, and a TB hd. The other is a i7 with a TB HD and 4 GB of ram. I have the same issue on both. After installing, I can't pick Nvidia graphics 180, the screen goes out on the HDMI TV. If I pick the 173 driver, it will work but only if I keep the monitor on. In my living room, I don't want the monitor. I have had this working right in the past, I can't figure out why the HDMI TV, goes out after the splash screen.
