I could be in the totally wrong forum for this, and if so, I do apologize profusely. It's the first post so could be way out of place for it.

I am trying to locate a collection of Godzilla sound effects in .ogg format for my Ubuntu machine, but I am having absolutely finding no luck locating anything like that out there.

Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain a collection of these sounds as the last opening sound I had (a scream I got from gnome-look.org) freaked my 7 year old son out very, very badly. But he likes Godzilla, so I'm shooting for something along those lines.

If this thread needs to be moved, cool, but any help would be appreciated. PM if need be, but help finding these (yes, I've googled the snot out of them) would be most righteous.

Thank you.

Well, Google shows some links to Godzilla sound effects, it's just that you may need to convert them to ogg since they are wav or mp3.
A sound-converter you can use for conversion to ogg: http://soundconverter.berlios.de/

That most definitely looks like it will do what I need it to do.
Thank you very much! :)
