Dear Freinds!

I am a student who just migrated to Ubuntu from WIndows and i am really fascinated by the open source movement.

I am really curious to contribute to the ubuntu community. having done coding in Java, PHP and other related pursuits, I am really interested in contributing to the Ubuntu community by developing add-ons, modules etc for the next release of Ubuntu.

I am really curious to know how I can start up with that. What should be a good starting point for me to take my pursuit further?

Thanks for all your help.

You are probably looking for the Karmic Koala forum. Currently Karmic is at alpha 1 stage so no doubt there is plenty of breakage to come:D:
