No upgrade option from Intrepid to Jaunty within update manager

I want to upgrade to Jaunty within my instillation of Intrepid. When using the update manager within ubuntu, i see no upgrade button to upgrade to Jaunty. Can anyone tell me how to upgrade within my current ubuntu instillation? or any other tips on how to restore the upgrade button within the update manager. Thanks. :D

press ALT+F2 and then type "update-manager -d" and then hit enter. :)

it should start the update manager with a littlew button saying a distrubution is available:)
