First off, before I get any flames or admin warnings or anything of the kind...
This is from a series of comedy sketches;
The gentleman playing the police man has Down's Syndrome;
He and friends do this and have quite a good time;
I'm not in any way trying to slight mentally disabled persons anywhere (they absolutely have my sympathy)
Ok, that being said, check out the following video. It's one of the funniest in this series I've thus far seen.
