Okay, so I was copying over some files from my PSP and noticed a ysep1.exe file. Long story short it's a bit of malware/virus that keeps getting passed between my windows drives, so i deleted it.

I also deleted it from my C:\ Drive, which Xubuntu is also installed in by WUBI.

There were a bunch of other trash files sitting there and I selected a lot and then deleted them. Unfortunatley, my wubildr.mbr and some other files were in there. Wubildr.mbr is called in boot.ini which is still there, so i expect that will totally hose up the next time i try to reboot.

What can i do to resolve this issue? Recover the files? Create a new mbr? Migrate to a new boot loader etc?

Anyone?
