on ubuntu 9.4
when i am trying to install the plugin streamer0.10 plugin bad ,,in the middle of installation it comes up a message that says [
only one application can run at the same time close the other applications..
synaptic manager, aptitude,update manager.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY ARE NOT OPEN,so i dont know what to do
i cant install and upgrade anything,,thank you so much for your help
