Max, Min, and close bar disappeared.

I noticed a couple of days ago that the bar that contains the maximize,minimize and close buttons are hidden off of my screen. This just occurred a couple days ago and I don't know how it happened. I tried to attach an image so there would be a visual example of what I'm talking about but I don't know if I did it right. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

F11 twice, then manually minimize window, then close window and reopen then max with max button, problem should be solved :p

Edit: Also check view and make sure that full screen is not checked.

Ok, I see a slight border at the top of your screenshot which looks like a top panel. Right click on that, properties, and uncheck auto hide.
