I have an nVidia FX5200. I am running the nVidia drivers on Ubuntu 9.04 64. I have my system set with my main (SVGA LCD) on the primary monitor, and my DVI goes to my HD TV. I have it set with a seperate X session, and it works fine... except when I run a program on the HD, it runs it on my other monitor. Any program I start, File manager window I open from my TV, will open on my SVGA LCD.
What is going on here?
