Hi all
I m facing problem in kubuntu
while i m opening a file or terminal or any application its opens behind active windows
which cause me to click on task bar or minimize all opened window to see the new one
i need the new windows should come front of all opened window
is their any way to solve this

The solution will depend on your window manager, whether you are using Compiz, kwin from KDE 3.5 or kwin from KDE 4.2. I'm guessing you're running kwin from KDE 4.2 (default on jaunty), but I can only check the specifics for KDE 3.5 at the office.
In KDE 3.5, open up the control center. Click on desktop, then window behavior. Under the advanced tab there's an option at the bottom for "Focus stealing prevention level" that should adjust it. KDE 4.2 might have something similar, but it seems to be missing a lot of the extra configuration settings that used to enjoy.

i dont know which one i m using
i think its kde
their is no contol center its system setting --> Window Behavior -->Advance
in that i can see only "shading" "Active desktop border" and "placement" + hide utility windows for inactive application which is already ticked

Finally it got solved
i gone to window behavior
changed focus behavior status to none
:-)):P
