Whenever I try to do a system update, I get a message about needing to do a partial upgrade. Although most of the updates listed do seem to get installed, I still get that error. If I click to do a partial upgrade, I get this error:

Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

This can be caused by:
* Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

This is most likely a transient problem, please try again later.

I left it for a while based on the last sentence in the error, but it hasn't gone away after about a month..

I think this has been happening since I upgraded to Jaunty, but can't remember exactly when it started.
