How in the world do you install new themes in kubuntu??? installed some from the manager, and can't find them.

No luck there... Thanks anyway. Since no-one knows the answer to this, I will try to delete the post.

Are you talking about Kubuntu based themes?
If so, just type Kubuntu in Google.

Hmm, KDE doesn't have a theme manager, rather it's broken up into parts. Right click on the desktop and you can change the wallpaper, and plasma design. In the control-panel check appearance and you can change colors, icons, text... Look at KDE-look.org and youll see all types of configurations. Also alot of the control-panel options have a dialog that can download various-works.
