Hi Folks

I am having a hard time moving icons sitting on the gnome panel. I cannot right clikc and "move" them becasue they dont have the move option. I am talking about my "Wireless Network Connection Manager". I tried to edit some of the .gconf files to move the icon around but that did not work. Maybe I am editing the wrong file?

I do not want to do a rm -r on the gnomeconf dir.

Any ideas?

Thanking you in anticipation.

What you are seeing as your "Wireless Network Connection Manager" is probably just the network icon that is in the notification applet. Look to the left of the network icon and see if there is a divider type thing there. If so try right clicking on that to move it.

Edited to be more precise.
