I have read a load of sites where various antenna have been made out of cans, chinese cooking utensils and all sorts. I am thinking of making a 'cantenna' for my dektop pc.
I have a wireless card that actually has an antenna that attached to my orinco gold wireless card. With my desktop I have the WG311T netgear Wireless thingy bobby stuck into a PCI slot. Can any home made appliance be put into that? I guess it would have to be able to screw in like the current antenna. I dont want to break it, but if anyone knows how to do this (specifically for a desktop PC not a laptop and gfetting it connected) I would love to hear from you!
