Hi All,
Why is there a partial upgrade for the "LTS" support version? Doesn't sound like its LTS at all!
After I did the partial upgrade it slowed my E-Mail and my Web Browser. I am on dial up and this may be related.
I used a disk image to restore the system to the way it was and everything works fine. I still get the message asking if I want a partial update.
I have tried several versions of Ubuntu but only the LTS versions have truly worked right. There was a real pain getting dial up setup and features did not work right.
I really like UBUNTU but it appears to be getting more flakey like other distros.
Will I be able to continue getting security updates without the partial update? If not "LTS" means nothing.
