OK its simple I have seen to much bickering over the notify-osd package, so DON'T! post your opinion here, their are plenty of other threads for that.
This thread is meant to find a way to configure the notification system so we can move it to any corner of the screen.
This should be possible after all it a Linux application, their is a configuration file some where.
Also it would be nice if some one could find a way to change the color of the notifications. it's hard to believe but some people hate black.
I will watch this thread and any possible fixes will be tested by me then edited in to this post if they work.
