I just got an infraction for "inappropriate language". I admit that sometimes, I use a part of the lexicon that it's not widely accepted. But, this was not one of those cases. What I thought could be a misunderstanding was comparing the United States of America to the widely referred as the "fist economic World". Which is not a wrong idea, nor based under erroneous principles, nor even morally wrong. In which I replied, and stated exactly that. But, after clarifying that with Joeb454, he told me that other 2-3 posts were reported in the space of 10 minutes. And this is where I'll have to disagree, since I don't think there was any inappropriate tone in there. In the beginning of the discussion, I suffered a deliberate attack from EDavidBurg for personal reasons. Later in the discussion, someone asked me if I was "(something I can't remember) or plain stupid". To which, you'll notice, I didn't reply or even reported. Now, I admit that I might be wrong about some facts, but that's the reason why people talk. And honestly, I think that it was an regular discussion, because if the frozen pig meat consumption doesn't transmit the disease, I want to know. But, as far as I could read, nobody presented a coherent reason for that fact no to be true. Because, that's what the media said and I really want to know if it's true or not.

And I know, that this infraction awarded no points. But as I Becker said, "it's the principle of it". And as you might see, I complied with all other Infractions, as I understood their reason to be.

But couldn't you give me a reason? It would be a lot easier. I asked you for it in the private messages, which I think it's perfectly legitimate but you said me to come here. All I needed was a reason. Which, may I add, came in all other Infractions. All yours said was "inappropriate language". At least, a proper post with a truly inappropriate language. The example I got was me asking: "How was I not civil?" Is that an example of incivility? Now, I can't even watch my own posts. As it was a passionate discussion and I admit something might have slipped me.

I have read the posts in question as well as seen a PM you sent where you said "f--- you" to another forum member.

The infraction warning was appropriate.

After reviewing the evidence and seeing the reported PM, I am adding to it.

Yes, I told him to go f--- himself. But still, isn't there why the filter is there? Once, I got an infraction for going around the filter. Now that I didn't avoid it, I get another infraction. Well, guess EDavidBurg did it once again. No point in letting this go forward or I'll get another one. Thank you for your revision.

You got the infraction this time, not because of anything to do with the language filter, but for being rude and insulting.

Because of the extreme nature of the incident, which you seem not to see, there will be no further warnings. If you do anything of this sort again, you will be banned.

Then I'm supposed to believe, a guy that has history with me outside this forum, when he comes with the smooth talk? Look, he doesn't like me and that I don't like him. It's that simple. He comes with me with the smooth talk, and I'm supposed to believe he's being courteous? Yes, I was rude but had very good reasons for it. I'll give him that, it was very vindictive of him and quite a display of his true character but very smart.

If someone treats you poorly and does something outside of the CoC during your interaction in this forum, then report that person and let staff deal with it. This is explicitly mentioned in the forum rules and will protect you from getting in trouble.

You guys are getting good at it. Now, you even talk like the IRS.
Thank you, for your opinion. Even if I don't agree but, already noticed that there's nothing to do about it at this point.
