Problems Installing Ubuntu 9.04 - desktop - on EeeBox B206

Hi all

I've got problems installing Ubuntu on my Eee Box B206.

I replaced the 160GB HD with a Western Digital Scorpio Black 320GB, also SATA like the original one.

Also I replaced the 1GB RAM with a 2GB module.

While the installation process I see a Error "Input/Output error during write on /dev/sda"

The BIOS is: "ASUS B206 ACPI BIOS Revision 0301"

Does anybody know what I can do?

I can confirm the same issue on my b206 box. Anyone know what this is about?

Installing went fine on a B206 with the alternate installer. What installer did you use?
