Hello,
Whenever I try to add a PPA key from launchpad to the third party software sources, I end with an error that says

W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 5EB2EDFE1FCB21DB
W: GPG error: http://ppa.launchpad.net jaunty Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 28A8205077558DD0

This has happened few other times as well. For example I wanted to uninstall skype and unticked it from add/remove software list and the first of the above two errors came out.

I understand that a public key is missing, but what is a public key and where can I get them and how do I install them?

It would be great to get some help on this, thanking you in advance,
Ciao!
