Triple booting ubuntu on a macbook

After looking in several places, and going on a somewhat wild goose chase round the ubuntu wiki, I found this page (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MactelSupportTeam/CommunityHelpPages) that seemed to be the most up to date information on running ubuntu on macs.

However, there doesn't seem to be anything on the new MacBooks (5,2 early 2009), or triple booting OSX with windows with ubuntu. So, I'm wondering if anyone here has tried installing ubuntu on a new MacBook or tried triple booting their macbook.
