My computer suddenly became glitchy and I lost the compiz desktop effects. I recently had a problem with my game displaying the monitor statement "out of range" so I ran "sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg" this seemed to fix my game problem but now desktop effects doesn't work and my computer is very glitchy. I didnt change any settings when I configured my xserver but somehow I was able to fix the "out of range" problem and created the my current situation. Any help is appreciated.
