Help with Flash Player please.

I installed Flash but I cant enable it at all on Firefox can someone help me? i tried
gksudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

and its already installed but i dont know what to do now hah. and its not a option to enable it in Addons on Firefox.

While in Firefox did you get notification to install plugins? This has happened to me and I followed the link to install one. I got 3 choices, I took the first and it went smoothly. I've tried the Adobe and it's Manual only which is a pain. Hope this helps.
