Hello all,
For the past week, I have been trying to install Ubuntu 64 bit side by side with windows XP 64 bit on a RAID Motherboard. Here is the problem with more details:
The system has 4 HDD 1TB Each. The first one has windows XP installed.
When I try to install Ubuntu on seperate HDD and after I finish installation, I reboot the machine and I get GRUB ERROR 22.
When I try to install it side by side on the same partition as windows I get GRUB ERROR 17.
when I use anyother versions of Linux like Mandriva or Fadora I can only install it on the same drive as windows, otherwise I get an error no space.
Any help how to install linux on this machine.
