Upgrading from Vanilla

Hi, I want to take a vanilla ubuntu install and make it a studio derivative but I just wanted to know if the instructions here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuStudio/UpgradingFromHardy

also work for the 64-bit version? If not, what must I do differently?

Hi, you should be able to use that method as it will install the 64bit version of those packages.
