Installation

Hi,

I rarely post on here as I don't really use ubuntu often.
I'm pretty new at anything ubuntu/linux so keep it simple.

I downloaded PubOOo so I would be able to use a MS Publisher equivalent at http://www.alicvb.com/Programmes/pubooo/index_en.php

I don't have a clue how to install it or even if I can install it.

Any advice of solution would be cool.

It looks like that project is abandoned and was written to run under windows. It might work in linux cause it was (partially) written using C# and that has compatibility through mono.

If you can't get it to work maybe this is a solution:

That was quick!

I think I will convert the stuff. I think I will give Scribus a go in addition and see what thats like. Found it in add/remove.
It's got pretty basic templates but I'm sure I might be able to find or make some others.
