Ok so I had found some instructions online about embedding a console window on the desktop, I thought this would be cool so I tried it out.
It involved installing Devilpie, creating a custom Terminal profile doing among other things, hiding the titlebar, scroll bars, etc. Anyway I couldnt figure out how the edit the geometry settings to move the window from the top left to the bottom right so I removed Devilspie all together. Anyway so now I've got this grey bar accord the top of my desktop area that I can't get rid of.
Can anyone help?
