So I have an install of Ubuntu 8.10 on my laptop. I see that there is a QT4 folder in /usr/lib, but when I try to make a program using QT I get various errors. When I try to import the header files myself, it says that it can't find the header files. (perhaps there is some environment variable I should set?) When I try to make a QT4 project with Code::Blocks it doesn't recognize the location of QT4. When I give it the location /usr/lib/QT4/ it says something about an include directory not being there. Also, it says that same error if I give it any other location. What should I do so I can start developing C++ programs using QT4?
