I am trying to download Ubuntu 9.04 and have tried several locations to download from with no success. I checked my download speed; 1.5Mbs and my upload 171 Kbs but when I try to download from one of the servers for Ubuntu my download speed is between 17 and up to a high of 61 Kbps, which is just as slow as dial up and the download will fail. It starts and will download about 5 to 15 seconds then freeze, I will pause and then resume and it will do the same again for 2 or 3 cycles and then the download will just fail. Is there a problem with the download sites for Ubuntu that will be fixed soon? Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any ideas?

Thank you _Purple_, I am starting that right now, it seems to be what I needed, just didn't know where to go. There seems to be enough peers to keep it moving along, so I hope to upgrade soon.
