How do you ad a login theme in Kubuntu 9.04?

KMenu > System > System Settings > Advanced tab > Login Manager > Get New Themes

Oh, I'm using the old style menu...

If you are using the kicker menu, I think System Settings is in Favorites by default or Applications > System.
