installing gcstar

hi all
i am trying to install gcstar it is a movie catalogue program
and when i try to install it it says that i need to have xml::LibXML
so how i can install it

Hi, looks like you need to install the libxml-libxml-perl package


sudo apt-get install libxml-libxml-perlThere is also a older version of gcstar in the ubuntu repos if you would prefer all the dependencies taken care of

sudo apt-get install gcstar
