How to change cursor default location when system boots up.

I want to change the initial cursor position when system boots.
Currently cursor is shown in middle of monitor screen when system boots.

Is there any way to change cursor initial position?

is the mouse cursor starting default position is hard coded in mouse driver?

is it possible to change it by changing in X11.
