My toolbars at the top and bottom of the screen have gone missing on my xubuntu (just upgraded from 8.10 to 9.4, it was like that in 8.10.. like this in 9.4) install and the bottom one isn't there on the ubuntu studio one. I don't know what I have done to go to full screen mode but I can't find a way to return to the conventional view.
Also I am wondering how to set up an account so the the interface is in English but the user can switch between typing in English and Chinese easily like you can do in Windows. This would be on a standard Ubuntu desktop 9.4
Sorry, I just can't find the answers in the wiki (even though they are of very high quality)
