ubuntu 9.04

I just downloaded the version 9.04 but it doesn't BOOT. I press "escape" and then it takes me to the blue screen with those five options. Which one should i choose?

How did you burn it? Did you burn it to a disc as an image file (not as a data file)? Also, look at your BIOS to make sure you have CD/DVD as the first bootable device.
