I am applying themes but they do not look same as on the picture
Only border is change not all content of the window.

I had the same issue too, but I'm not so sure that Emerald actually changes the content of the windows at all, just the decorations (i.e. Title bar, buttons, borders, )

Maybe I'm wrong about this, though...?

Was there a GTK theme installed with it? You may also have to copy it to /usr/share/themes and select it in "Appearances"

NO this is only theme.emerald file
