View Full Version : [ubuntu] Installing Beryl with Ubuntu

Hello i am very new to Ubuntu but i learn fast i was tring to figure out how i can install beryl with my Ubuntu i have googled it many times but each howto i try fails can anyone assist me

Ubuntu 9.04 is what i am running.

Beryl and Compiz at least the extra plugins division of compiz have merged.

Beryl is no longer updated nor supported. It merged with compiz to create compiz fusion.

http://www.compiz-fusion.org/

Compiz Fusion is already installed in Ubuntu, you can install "compizconfig-settings-manager" through synaptic to change compiz's settings and such.
