Small Cubibuboctahedron Tutorial

I need to make a Small Cubibuboctahedron (I'm just going to copy+paste the name, it takes too long to type :P ) out of paper for a school project. There is hardly any info on the small piece of paper I was given. I tried googling it, but none of the tutorials are very helpful. Anyone have a good tutorial? Thanks :guitar:
