Compiz settings manager, emerald, fusion icon all absent from apt

I'm running a new installation of 9.04, and I have compiz running, however apt can't find emerald, compizconfig-settings-manager or fusion-icon.

I have all of the default repositories other than testing enabled, and still nothing.
