Moving panels

I've got two screens and I would like to move panels from one to the other. But I can't drag&drop and I am positive, that once I could (though I was using other distro then and older gnome). Is there any way to move panels from one screen onto another?

To move a panel I think you need to right-click on it and go to Properties, and then uncheck "Expand". Once positioned where you want it, you can turn that option back on.
