Hi Guys,

I have a question How to clear the the Corrupted EEPROM? Most of the time clearing the Corrupted EEPROM solves the network problem. For example i faced a problem with Intel 82567LM-3 on Jaunty 9.04. I used a EEPROM dump file from another working 82567LM-3 NIC to clear of things inside the LAN device. Is there any other method than this to clear the EEPROM. If there is any such methods could you guys list that out so that those who face problems with NIC in Ubuntu especially have multiple options to solve problems. Please list the methods to clear the EEPROM for Intel and Realtek LAN especially due large number users which use Intel and Realtek based LAN. Many thanks in advance :P:guitar:
