Backout 9.04

I have a Lenovo T60p, and 8.10 was running perfectly for me. After the upgrade to 9.04, I have troubles with:
- remote desktop viewer full screen mode
- my cisco vpn client is flaky
- my sound is messed up (mic is no longer working, and the volume controls are not functional, though the speakers do emit sound)


Is there a was to back out from the 9.04 level, and go back to 8.10? I think I already know the answer, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
