Update my Bios

Phoenix-Award Bios March 9th 2005
The motherboard is a SiS-741

I am lost as to finding a update to flash bios.My firmware is not ACPI compatible and I cant adjust the clock rate either.If anyone knows where to get this driver I would be very gratefull.
I have tried and tried myself all to no avail.

Yes, I have but go figure! I shouldn't have to pay for an update to their Bios when it does no work correctly.True you can sign up or buy software to do this but I refuse.Besided I'm poor.

try another angle...if bios upgrade won't work...try one of the lighter linux...like feather...
