I just installed 8.04 LTS on a another computer and it install kernel version 2.6.24..16.18. And in order to match my other 8.04 LTS computers(so my drivers and development work) i need to update to 2.6.24.19.21.
But on the second computer I can only force version to 2.6.24.18 or 2.6.24.23/24.
This is very strange because all the other computers i installed with 8.04 LTS have 2.6.24.19.21
any ideas???
