Hey all,

I'm not sure if it's just me or what but for some reason Compiz no longer works. I upgraded to Jaunty from Intrepid and as far as I can tell thus far everything seems to be going well except for the fact that Compiz doesn't work. If anyone has some advice about how to get back on track I'd be grateful.

Thanks again

Ok... I have solved my issue and thought I would share my findings

The problem was that Compiz was NOT loading at startup so In order to fix the problem.

I used the Startup Applications program located here: System --> Preferences --> Startup Applications
Than I added a new entry by pushing: Add+
In the Name field I used: Compiz
In the Command field I used: fusion-icon
and finally clicked: OK

That did the trick...
hope this helps
