Using Ubuntu's "USB Startup Disk Creator," I haven not been able to create a 'persistent' pen-drive.
And I hope by persistent I mean that I am unable to create a USB Startup Disk which is capable of saving user data/installed apps.
The version I downloaded I checked w/ a checksum 'checker,' and the download's checksum matched Ubuntu's. So it isn't corrupted in any way. I think.
Going to download another Jaunty-Desktop edition from a different mirror and try again, until then, any suggestions?
