Please help me I'm new user of ubuntu, I've got problems on networking between windows xp sp3 as server and Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid as client, please give me a step by step on how to configure...

Advance thanks..........:popcorn: xp sp3 to my knowledge can't be as server to Ubuntu why not try the opposite Ubuntu Desktop server 9.04 32-bit/64-bit and XP SP3 as client ??:confused:

what i want to achieve is that ubuntu will be vissible to the network on an xp system and shared folders ca access...
