This is wigging my computer can't get into ubuntu to get to terminal to do paste
command. Will I have to go into DOS ?

What exactly is your question? What is "wigging" your computer out?

Though I don't understand what you mean with wigging, and why you would want to enter DOS, maybe I can suggest you boot into recovery mode. You then get a terminal as root and can do the necessary repairs.
